What about my pets?
Pets are welcome to stay home while we clean. Just let us know in advance what pets you have and where they’ll be, so our team knows what to expect. If your pet gets nervous around vacuums or strangers, we recommend keeping them in a separate room during the cleaning.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home will be cleaned by a member of our own team, not a subcontractor. Everyone who works with us is trained on our process and knows how to treat a home with care. If you have specific instructions or areas that need extra attention, tell us and we’ll pass it on to the crew.
Do I need to tip my cleaner?
Tips are never expected and never included in your price. Our team is paid fairly for their work. That said, if you’re happy with the result and want to leave something, it’s always appreciated — and so is a review.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your regular cleaning lands on a holiday, we’ll reach out ahead of time to reschedule for a day that works better for you. Nothing is skipped and nothing is charged for a cleaning that didn’t happen.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Usually, yes. The first visit takes more time because we’re getting the home to a baseline — the places that get missed in everyday cleaning need extra attention. After that, regular visits go faster since we’re maintaining rather than catching up.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
That’s entirely up to you. Many clients are at work while we clean and come home to a finished house. Others prefer to be there, especially the first time. Whatever you choose, we’ll arrange access in a way you’re comfortable with.
Will you send the same cleaner each time?
We do our best to keep the same person or crew on your home, since knowing your space makes the work better and faster. Occasionally schedules or time off require a change — when that happens, whoever comes will already have your notes and preferences.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due after the cleaning is complete. We’ll go over the available payment options when you book, so there are no surprises at the end.
