The Same Team, Visit After Visit
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and our team is bonded, which means you’re covered if anything happens while we’re working in your home. We can provide documentation on request — most clients never ask, but the ones who do are usually the ones who’ve had a bad experience with someone who wasn’t.
What is the cost of my cleaning?
We charge by the hour, and the rate depends on the type of service — a regular clean and a post-construction clean aren’t the same work. Total cost comes down to the size of your home and its condition. Call or send the quote form and we’ll give you a real number before we start, not a range that changes at the end.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tips are never expected and never built into your price. Our team is paid fairly for the work. If you’re happy with the result and want to leave something, it’s appreciated — and so is a review on Google, which honestly helps us more.
What if something in my home gets broken?
We tell you. Accidents are rare but they happen, and you’ll hear about it from us before you find it yourself. That’s what the insurance is for, and we handle it rather than hoping you don’t notice. If something is fragile or irreplaceable, point it out before we start and we’ll leave it alone.
